Force Majeure Phonotherm

Dear Sir or Madam,
dear business partners,

to our regret, we regret to inform you that on 08/08/2020 the granulate conveyor system in a part of the Phonotherm production at the Elsterwerda site was destroyed by a major fire. Due to this unforeseeable event, for which we were not responsible, we declare that we are currently unable to meet our contractual performance obligations (force majeure).

The production and delivery of the currently available and future orders will be delayed accordingly in this context.

We endeavor to keep the temporary production / delivery downtime as short as possible.
As soon as the extent of the damage is recognizable and we can foresee the duration of the associated delivery delay, we will contact you immediately to inform you how and when we can meet our contractual obligations to you again.
